Vision
To realize a future where decisions and actions, for the benefit of mankind, are informed by coordinated, comprehensive and sustainable earth observations, informations and services by understanding the earthquake source processes through earthquake monitoring and seismological research for the cause of earthquake resistant society.

Mission
To connect the demand for timely detection of earthquake occurrence with the supply of earthquake data and information about earthquake hazard through real time monitoring of earthquake data from the visualized local/regional network in Haryana and adjoining area which falls in Zone III and IV and applied to decision making for the sustainable development goals like preparation of hazard map, earthquake risk reduction in the region and information for the updating of building codes in the region.
